Lampert is a new brand of LED headlamps, but our factory is one of the first factories design and manufacture LED lights in China, which is a ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certificated manufacturer since 2012. From the very beginning, our factory set the most stringent standards to offer world-class quality products to our customers, setting the standards in the aftermarket automotive LED lights.

2017 Lampert is keeping researching and developing our new headlamps, and improving from all aspects.
2016 With the developing of business, Lampert expanded our workshop to 120.000sq ft.
2015 We launched different colors LED headlight and the car lamps with canbus in the same year.
2014 Lampert set up marketing department in Guangzhou, the auto spare parts center of China.To solve the over dust problem and fan noise problem, we launched our fanless led headlight Icebreaker.
2013 Lampert successfully developed the 1st & 2nd generation LED headlamps and launched.
2012 Lampert was founded in Zhongshan, the center of LED technology of China.
All products are put on a digital power meter to test that it is consuming the correct amount of power, checking for any electrical faults.
Products are tested in a sealed chamber to ensure that they don’t introduce RF noise into electronics/radios.
Once products are assembled every product is run through a submersion (water dunk test), then placed onto an aging rack and powered up for 30 minutes to ensure proper operation.
Thermal Impact Rapid Temperature Change
Products are placed in a -40°C chamber for 30 minutes, and then placed in a 80°C chamber for an additional 30 minutes. Products are then run for 72 hours to ensure full operational status.
Photometric Isolux Beam Pattern
Lights are tested in the Goniophotometer to model the beam pattern and depict the overall light output.
Rature & High
Products are placed in a 60°C, 94% humidity chamber and left operational for 72 hours. Afterwards, products are inspected for moisture, water drops, damaged LEDs, flickering LEDs, and more.
